I am a Pee Wee Fan and I am proud of it!
Pee Wee is kitschy, fun and has slightly strange side to him. Maybe that’s why I like him! And I am not referring to his little run in with the law...I mean his strange sense of humor!
I loved Pee Wee’s Big Adventure. With a name like kitsch-in-kitchen don’t you already know that I am going to love his house! I am not saying I would like to live in this house, but I do appreciate the over the top kitsch!
I remember when I was a teenager there was a house on the
way to my Dad's house, that my younger brother called Pee Wee’s house. The lawn was
covered with fun stuff! It was too over the top and I was no longer
jealous… I realized then if you are not Pee Wee Herman you need to control your
kitsch! Or your house will look like this!

That’s where Pee Wee’s love for PYREX must have started… And possibly the reason why he wanted to be a guest host for my PYREX sale.
